Medium-full with very good ripeness, medium-full tannins, very good acidity, restrained wood notes and good persistence. There is impressive complexity and good Brunello typicity. Another 2-3 years will help round out this wine; best in 8-12 years.

Medium-deep garnet; aromas of morel cherry, red currant, thyme and dried brown herbs. Medium-full, this offers notable Brunello character, and has medium-full tannins, good acidity, notable varietal character, along with round, medium-full tannins and very good persistence; the finish displays notes of dried cherry, plum and oregano notes. This has a nice finesse as well as charm and is less powerful than many riservas from 2015. Approachable now, another year or two will bring our greater complexities, with peak in 10-12 years.
